Return Policies

- A (PERCENTAGE / FEE) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. Our system does not always compute the proper shipping cost for our Canadian customers or other customers from outside the USA. In those cases, Opening Mind Associates will bill you the exact amount of the cost to ship your items in the most economical and timely way. Thank you.
